As a dedicated somatic therapist, I help you to facilitate a deep connection between your mind, body, and spirit - offering a truly embodied therapeutic experience.


I specialise in somatic therapy and yoga, using a powerful, body-oriented approach that helps to process and release stored trauma, as well as rewire your being to transform and thrive.

Our bodies hold profound wisdom, and through embodied therapy, we can unlock that wisdom to transform our experiences to heal and evolve.

I believe in the transformative power of presence, offering a space where every emotion is honoured, every sensation is felt, and every thought is heard.


My unique approach is rooted in the belief that our bodies hold the key to our deepest insights and healing potential, enabling you to rediscover your sense of self and curate resilience through the power of somatic awareness.


I currently offer 1:1 online therapy sessions tailored to your unique experiences and healing needs. Together, we'll explore your story, honour and witness your thoughts and feelings, and engage your body's innate wisdom to heal and move beyond the survival patterns that are holding you back from feeling grounded and present within your body, and your life.
