ABOUT JULES

Hi, I'm Jules.

I'm a certified and registered Somatic Psychotherapist, specialising in trauma. I guide people through their healing journey, offering a compassionate space where they can learn how to process trauma and transform their lives by connecting to their body's wisdom.


I have completed training in Embodied Processing, Polyvagal Theory, Somatic Therapy, Life Coaching and Psychotherapy. I'm also a fully qualified Yoga Teacher.


Every healer has a unique journey that guides them to the path of helping others. This journey began in my childhood, which was marked with severely traumatic experiences within a dysfunctional family which significantly influenced my life. Throughout my childhood and into early adulthood, I battled with severe depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and impaired attachment capacity, all echoing the unhealed trauma and emotional turmoil within me. It wasn't until the birth of my first child that I realised the need for change, which sparked the beginning of my healing journey, a journey that continues to this day.

My expertise extends beyond my academic qualifications, anchored deeply in my personal journey of resilience and transformation. My credentials are signposts of my own healing journey, a deepening of the wisdom and experience I have gained as I walked the road you may find yourself on now. I offer more than just therapy; I offer a partnership, a safe space where you can explore, heal, and grow. With a blend of evidence-based practices and an intuitive understanding of the human spirit, I adapt my approach to meet your unique needs.
