These issues are not just mental or emotional - they impact our bodies as well. You may find yourself constantly on edge, with a racing heartbeat and tense muscles. My goal is to guide you towards a profound connection with yourself, to help you regain a sense of control over your life, and to support you in leading a life where you are more in tune with the present moment and genuinely expressing your true self.

You'll discover ways to nurture a more positive and empowering connection to your body by learning how to find and create a sense of safety within.
Then, we'll begin to explore your inner landscape, where we will unravel the threads of trauma that have kept you stuck and unable to move forward. Here we will bring to light the patterns and imprints behind your thoughts, emotions and beliefs that are unresolved within your nervous system. An integral part of our work together will be nurturing trust in your own body. This is about reestablishing a connection with your body's inherent wisdom and resilience, and learning to listen to its cues again.
Finally, I will help you to begin your path to healing by using somatic psychotherapy practices to allow your mind and body to process the trauma that you have experienced, encouraging your nervous system to find resolution from your experiences, offering the opportunity to integrate the emotions, beliefs and thought patterns that have been holding you back.
We'll journey at a pace that honors and syncs with your unique nervous system, acknowledging that healing is not a race but a gradual unfolding process that respects your individual rhythm.
